For brand A ,one of our customers,we send product reports for each season that we especially made for them. We made these reports through analyzing the main competitive brands and top three brands in their target market. The analysis involves categories、quantity、colour and best-sellers.

For brand B ,our another customer, we help them to figure out how to get new growth through analyze the sales statistics and provide plans for all categories in the following seasons with our research and design capabilities.

Client C always asks us for developing assistance. Such as formal dress collection,school opening collection,Halloween collection, Christmas collection.We provide different recommendations according to different topics.

For client D, they have their own best sellers, but the best sellers needs new changes for each season. So we provide various fabrics and accessories for them to choose.

For our VIP customers, we share regularly with them the latest and the most fashionable products and workmanship .So that our customers will have more options and become the forefront in their area.

Client F asked us for design assistance once when they wanted to develop a legging with basic jacquard,which will be in large quantity but very competitive price. We firstly analyse their competitive brands and their selling points. Then recommend suitable fabric as well as best-selling patterns.

Client G buy samples in shops as original ones for next season's development. But if exactly follow the original sample, our client will be short of budge. In this case,we will analyze the selling point on the original sample,and offer alternative ones which can also achieve the desired result.

Once we received a development of boys’ pants, whose drawstring is very special but its length is too long to reach EU standard.The client think it’s a selling point and want to keep it. Finally we find a solution that can not only keep the drawstring but also within EU standard.

Once we received an original sample of girls' mesh skirt with beads on it from our client. It is beautiful but the beads falls easily. In order to avoid this risk,we changed the mesh and bead fixing method.After several destructive tests, the beads won’t fall down easily and thus reach the test standard.
